Delegate & Voting Requirements 

All designated voting state board members must register by October 28, 2026 to secure proper documentation prior to any vote.

Designated State Governing Board members must be on file with NAB in order to receive complimentary registration.

Designated delegates must adhere to the Board Delegate Travel Criteria and NAB Travel Policy for Expense Reporting.

If you are your state's designated voting delegate, review the Board Delegate Travel Criteria and NAB's travel policy.

All registrants will be emailed an electronic binder before the meeting. Binders will not be printed for the meeting.

Designated State Governing Member Board Delegate: Complimentary
Additional Governing Member State Board Delegate: $350 / $425
Subscribing, International, or Organizational Member: $350 / $425
Non-Members/ Sponsors: $450 / $525

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by NAB via mail, email, or fax. A refund, less an administrative fee of $25.00, will be issued if cancellation is received by October 20, 2026.

Due to financial obligations incurred by NAB, no refunds will be issued on cancellations received on or after October 21, 2026. Please contact NAB if you have questions or need to confirm the deadline for a full refund. Substitutions from the same company will be permitted at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty.
