The National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) is committed to providing an accessible experience for its members, staff, board members, and the public. To contact NAB regarding an accessibility issue or to request accommodations for an event, please email us at info@nabweb.org.
Website Accessibility
The NAB website was recently updated. During the redesign process, the web developers used WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool as well as current web accessibility standards to review the functionality. If you have difficulty accessing content, have difficulty viewing a file on the website, or notice any accessibility problems, please contact NAB at info@nabweb.org to specify the nature of the accessibility issue and any assistive technology you use.
NAB will strive to provide the content you need in the format you require. We welcome your suggestions and comments about improving ongoing efforts to increase the accessibility of this website.
Virtual Event Accessibility
NAB typically uses a combination of Zoom and Rev for its virtual events. NAB strives to offer live captions on all sessions, along with captions for recorded sessions, and can reasonably accommodate requests for ASL and CART. If you need accommodations for a virtual event or have additional questions, please email us at info@nabweb.org.
In-Person Event Accessibility
NAB strives to host in-person meetings and events in locations that are ADA compliant and/or fully accessible for all persons. However, there may be events hosted by or associated with NAB that are not located in accessible spaces. NAB is committed to providing detailed information regarding the accessibility of in-person events well in advance of the event. We recognize the need for all persons to make plans, including travel arrangements, and we strive to provide as much detail as we can to help assist in those plans. If you need accommodations for an in-person event or have additional questions, please email us at info@nabweb.org.
We welcome your feedback on your experience with NAB. Please email us at info@nabweb.org with any questions or comments you have.
