All meeting attendees, including state delegates and exam item writers, will make their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel. An email will be sent in the future to state boards and exam item writers with details on how to register and make hotel reservations.
We highly recommend that all attendees reserve their hotel rooms at their earliest convenience to secure a spot within the NAB room block. It's important to note that you have the option to cancel your room if necessary. However, please be mindful that cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival, or not showing up on the arrival day, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay for each room booked. Additionally, if you do not call or arrive before 2:00 am after the first night, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.

This event cannot be booked online after September 26, 2025. If you need to modify your reservations, please use the hotel reservation link. A limited number of guestrooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $189.00 single/double per night, plus $35 amenity fee per night, and additional state and local taxes, for NAB attendees.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: After September 26, 2025, or once the block has been filled (whichever comes first), reservations will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. You will be required to provide a credit card in which an advance deposit will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
