New this year: All meeting attendees, including state delegates and exam item writers, will make their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel. An email will be sent in the future to state boards and exam item writers with details on how to register and make hotel reservations.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: After May 13, 2024, or once the block has been filled (whichever comes first), reservations will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. You will be required to provide a credit card in which an advance deposit will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
